Introduction

Welcome to ToRips. By participating in our live TikTok auctions, purchasing any item from us, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before participating.

These Terms apply to all buyers who participate in ToRips live auctions conducted via TikTok (@to.rips), as well as any related transactions, communications, and shipping arrangements.

Eligibility

To participate in ToRips auctions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent
• Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
• Be able to make payment promptly upon winning
• Provide a valid shipping address within our supported regions

ToRips reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone at its sole discretion.

How Auctions Work

All ToRips auctions are conducted live on TikTok via the TikTok Live Auction feature. Each item is presented and examined on stream so buyers can view the product in full before bidding. Auctions are timed and the highest bid at the close of the auction wins.

We announce upcoming live sessions on our TikTok profile (@to.rips). We recommend following our account and enabling notifications so you never miss a live.

Bidding & Winning

Bids are placed through TikTok's native live auction functionality. By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding commitment to purchase the item should your bid be the highest at the close of the auction.

Once an auction closes, the winning bidder will be contacted directly via TikTok. Winners must respond within 24 hours to arrange payment. Failure to respond or pay within this window may result in the item being re-auctioned and the winner being blocked from future auctions.

Payment

Payment details will be provided directly to winners after the auction closes. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at that time.

• Full payment is required before any item is shipped
• Payment must be received within 24 hours of winning unless otherwise agreed
• Any applicable transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Shipping & Delivery

All items are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received and cleared. Every order includes tracking. We take care to pack all items securely to prevent damage in transit.

• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated prior to or at the time of winning
• Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location
• ToRips is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an item has been dispatched
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier

Refund Policy

All sales are final. ToRips does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

By placing a bid and winning an auction, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is non-refundable. We encourage all buyers to watch the full live auction presentation of each item before bidding, as items are examined thoroughly on stream so you can make an informed decision prior to purchase.

If an item arrives damaged due to a shipping incident, please contact us at the details below and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, though we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.

Authenticity

ToRips is committed to selling only authentic Pokemon products. All graded cards are sold with their official certification (PSA, BGS, or CGC) intact. Sealed product is sourced from reputable suppliers.

If you believe an item you received is not authentic, please contact us immediately. We take authenticity seriously and will investigate all genuine concerns.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from our auctions:

• Placing bids with no intention to pay (bid sniping or ghost bidding)
• Harassing or abusing ToRips staff or other participants
• Attempting to circumvent auction rules or TikTok's platform policies
• Using multiple accounts to manipulate auction outcomes
• Providing false payment or shipping information

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToRips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our auctions or use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

ToRips makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in our auctions after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
